Thailand’s capital Bangkok keeps burning as anti government protestors try to push back soldiers.
In fresh troubles at least 22 people were killed and 170 were wounded as gunfires and explosions continued throughout the day,
On Saturday afternoon the army spread razor wire and set up checkpoints.
The red shirts also set up their own barricades and drove a tanker truck towards the soldiers.
Some of the protesters were injured but continued to fight. Medical care was given from nurses standing by to aide the protesters.
Army spokesman Colonel Sansern Kaewkamnerd spoke on the national television to inform that the government has been trying various methods to stop the injuries and the protests.
The latest fight started when a Thai army General was shot dead because of his sympathies for the Red Shirts.
Both the parties had reached some kind of agreement of a possible November elections but that finally fell through. Meanwhile the Prime Minister has opined on national television that the only way to bring back normalcy is through security operations.
